Menu is pre-determined in consultation with guests. Chef offers a choice of appetizer, choice of entree, choice of dessert and canapes options. Menu is presented to all guests and choices are given to Chef a minimum of 1 week before the dinner. Please inform Chef of all allergies. Specific menu options can be accommodated depending on market availability. Pricing may be altered based on cost.

To ensure everything runs smoothly, Chef will schedule a kitchen walkthrough about 2–3 weeks before your dinner. This 30-minute visit lets him review your space, equipment, and discuss final menu details.

25% non-refundable deposit due at booking
Payment due at the end of service (cash/credit only)
Server available on request ($50/hour, 3-hour minimum)
Additional travel: $1/km + $25/hour (outside 50 km radius)
