The details.

  • Menu is pre-determined in consultation with guests. Chef offers a choice of appetizer, choice of entree, choice of dessert and canapes options. Menu is presented to all guests and choices are given to Chef a minimum of 1 week before the dinner. Please inform Chef of all allergies. Specific menu options can be accommodated depending on market availability. Pricing may be altered based on cost.

  • To ensure everything runs smoothly, Chef will schedule a kitchen walkthrough about 2–3 weeks before your dinner. This 30-minute visit lets him review your space, equipment, and discuss final menu details.

    • Chef arrives 1 hour before service for setup and prep

    • All cooking prepared fresh in your kitchen

    • 3 hours of on-site service, including cleanup

    • All dishes washed before departure

    • Farm-fresh ingredients sourced locally when in season

    • Travel within 50 km of Callander Bay included

    • Minimum 8 guests required

    • $100 per guest + HST + 18% gratuity

    • 25% non-refundable deposit due at booking

    • Payment due at the end of service (cash/credit only)

    • Server available on request ($50/hour, 3-hour minimum)

    • Additional travel: $1/km + $25/hour (outside 50 km radius)

    • Most importantly: relax, have fun, and enjoy great food!
