Menu

Menu is pre-determined in consultation with guest. Chef offers a choice of appetizer, choice of entree, choice of dessert and canapes options. Menu is presented to all guests and choices are given to Chef a minimum of 1 week before the dinner. Please inform Chef of all allergies. Specific menu options can be accommodated depending on market availability. Pricing may be altered based on cost.

 

The viewing

 

Chef will be cooking in your kitchen therefore Chef will schedule an in person viewing of your kitchen to see your plates, setup, pots etc. This happens a minimum of 2-3 weeks before the event. The viewing takes about 30 minutes - menus can be discussed at that time if not already completed..

  • Chef will prepare all menu items before arriving in our restaurant kitchen.

  • Chef will arrive at your home about 1 hour before the start of service.

  • All items will be cooked/prepared fresh in your kitchen - feel free to help if you want. Chef loves company!

  • Once service begins Chef is on site for another 3 hours maximum including cleanup - yes! Chef will leave your kitchen spotless and do all your dishes for you!

  • Flavourful ingredients sourced from local farms (when in season) and prepared with attention to detail.

  • 50 kms distance from Callander Bay

  • server is not included (depending on availability can be arranged - cost is $50 per hour minimum 3 hours)

  • payment due before Chef leaves the event (cash or credit card only - no debit or cheques) -Chef will provide an invoice/receipt

  • cost is $100 per guest + HST + 18% gratuity

  • additional kilometres from Callander Bay are $1.10 per kilometre (google maps) and $25 per hour (prorated)
